It’s awesome how Jesus can provide everything from nothing, yet he first asks us for the “nothing” to be brought to him in order to create. And then, if that isn’t enough, he performs the miracle and then tells us that with a mustard seed of faith we can perform even greater miracles. Praise God!

I like your prayer… I does take the help of God for each of us to continue serving, even when it’s tough… It takes a lot of trust in God for our future. The older I get, the more I see that he is better at fighting my battles than I am. Thanks for your journal entry.

I like the last line of your prayer… I really identify with that request of the Lord. It is a continual desire of mine to trust His sovereignty. Sometimes when He allows situations to happen and I question “What the heck is going on here?” it means that I am trusting the situation and not Him… good reminder again from your journal… thanks…

I love this Katelyn! The lens of eternity is wonderful. I am trying to see the world through it as well. With Jesus in control i can rest assured that he will always work things out for good. I put my faith in him again today.

It’s like having an illness that requires daily meds…when the meds are working, we feel good and stop taking them and end up crashing down. I think as a parent I find greater joy when my girls come to me with love and honor for no reason. I’m pretty sure He feels the same. Very nice journal…43 stars. You rock.

Dude, great word here. I love the way you said how you wanted to go to the bottom. I think people that don’t know the Lord don’t want to be preached at. They need us to know that we are no better than them and they know this by us serving at the bottom. Great journal entry…this one gets 72 stars!

Great reminder, Janelle! I know what you mean by needing to step out of my comfort zone; sometimes I feel like “They wouldn’t want to hear what I have to say”, when in reality, I have exactly what they need (Christ)!

nice! i’ve learned that The consequences of sin although difficult are still times God will use to our benefit if we are humble, repentant and willing to grow and learn the lessons. Being grateful for discipline is hard…but there is grace in the process.
