Deuteronomy 13.1-3

S If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder comes true, concerning which he spoke to you, saying, ‘Let us go after other gods (whom you have not known) and let us serve them,’ you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams; for the LORD your God is testing you to find out if you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

Mark 14: 72

S A second time the rooster crowed. Then Peter called to mind the word that Jesus had said to him, “before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times.” And when he thought about it, he wept.

Numbers 32:5;Numbers 33:53;Numbers 33:55;Mark 10:5

S Numbers 32:5 If we have found favor with you, please let us have this land as our property instead of giving us land across the Jordan River.

Numbers 33:53 Take possession of the land and settle in it, because I have given it to you to occupy.

Numbers 33:55 But if you fail to drive out the people who live in the land, those who remain will be like splinters in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will harass you in the land where you live.

Mark 10:5 But Jesus responded, “He wrote those instructions only as a concession to your hard-hearted wickedness.”

Mark 8: 4

S His disciples replied, “How are we supposed to find enough food to feed them out here in the wilderness?”

Mark 4:9

S Then Jesus said “He who has ears to hear let him hear.”

Numbers 11:10-23

S Moses heard all the families standing in the doorways of their tents whining, and the Lord became extremely angry. Moses was also very aggravated. And Moses said to the Lord, “Why are you treating me, your servant, so harshly? Have mercy on me! What did I do to deserve the burden of all these people? Did I give birth to them? Did I bring them into the world? Why did you tell me to carry them in my arms like a mother carries a nursing baby? How can I carry them to the land you swore to give their ancestors? Where am I supposed to get meat for all these people? They keep whining to me, saying, ‘Give us meat to eat!’ I can’t carry all these people by myself! The load is far too heavy! If this is how you intend to treat me, just go ahead and kill me. Do me a favor and spare me this misery!”

Numbers 4:4-15a

S This is the work of the Kohathites in the Tent of Meeting: the care of the most holy things. When the camp is to move, Aaron and his sons are to go in and take down the shielding curtain and cover the ark of the Testimony with it. Then they are to cover this with hides of sea cows, spread a cloth of solid blue over that and put the poles in place.

Leviticus 25:54-55

S Even if he is not redeemed in any of these ways, he and his children are to be released in the Year of the Jubilee, for the Israelites belong to me as servants. They are my servants, whom I brought out of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.

Leviticus 25:2 and 4-5

S When you enter the land which I’m going to give you, he land will observe a sabbath to God…don’t reap what grows itself; don’t harvest the grapes of your untended vines.

Acts 18:25

S He had been taught the way of the Lord, and he taught others about Jesus with an enthusiastic spirit and with accuracy. However, he knew only about John’s baptism.
